Division of Police Welcomes Patrolman Dan Bowen

The City of Rocky River and the Division of Police are proud to announce the swearing in of our newest Police Officer, Patrolman Dan Bowen.

Ptl. Bowen was a member of the U.S. Marine Corp, where he served as a member of the Honor Guard at the White House. He is a graduate of Tri-C Police Academy and comes to us after serving a short time with the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office.
