Design and Construction Board of Review

The Design and Construction Board of Review meetings are held on the first and third Mondays of each month at 5:00 pm in the David J. Cook Council Chambers, City Hall.

The Design and Construction Board of Review is responsible for the appearance of buildings, structures, open spaces, and landscaping throughout the City is of public concern and in the public interest.

Any exterior modifications to a building MUST go to the Design and Construction Board of Review.

Design and Construction Board of Review meets on the first and third Monday of each month at 5:00 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall. Chapter 1137 of Rocky River Codified Ordinances contains all the requirements of the Design and Construction Board of Review that must be met before your plans are reviewed by the board. ALL REQUIRED MATERIALS ARE DUE BY 4:30 PM THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE MEETING DATE.
